We want you to feel like you're floating among the stars the moment your order arrives. If something isn't quite right, we'll move heaven and earth to make it right.

We're happy to offer refunds for:

• Items that weren't quite what you ordered (wrong item sent)
• Anything that arrives damaged or defective — because nothing in your garden should wilt before its time
